Padhan Foundation, established in 2018, Our initiative focuses on empowering women and child in both rural and urban India by providing skill development and leadership training. We offer programs that enhance practical skills, build confidence, and foster leadership abilities, enabling them to access better job opportunities, start their own businesses, and become influential leaders in their communities.
